Low-Voltage / Field Service Technician

The job

You'll work alongside our technical field team through every phase of a project — site prep, cabling and infrastructure, equipment setup, and final system deployment.

The systems we build cover a lot of ground: audio visual and entertainment, data networking, communication infrastructure, integrated control platforms, and security. So do the job sites. In a given month you might be in a high-end home on the water, a corporate office, a healthcare facility, and a municipal building.

What you'll do

  • Prep sites and run cabling and low-voltage infrastructure

  • Mount, terminate, and configure equipment — displays, speakers, cameras, access control, network gear

  • Support system deployment, testing, and troubleshooting through project close

  • Represent Satellite Army in clients' homes and businesses

What we're looking for

Relevant experience is preferred, but a solid foundation in any one of these areas will do. We take an active role in your technical training and professional development — and we expect you to take it seriously too.

Required:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to pass a thorough background and criminal record check, plus standard pre-employment screening — some of our work takes us into highly secure environments

  • Professional appearance and conduct on every job site

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
